We are currently looking for a Manager/Senior Manager with strong professional expertise in insurance and pensions. In this role, you will work closely with clients’ business activities, focusing on the implementation, development, and maintenance of projects within the capital market sector.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

As a Manager/Senior Manager at CMP, you will primarily work project-based woth our clients. You will engage closely with their business operations, having a significant impact on their day-to-day activities and long-term strategy.

We work with all major systems used in investment departments and new processes shaped by industry regulations. You should have hands-on experience and strong competencies in one or more of the following areas:

• Operations
• Risk Management
• Regulation – primarily within Solvency II
• Familarity with systems such as SimCorp Dimensions, Portman, or similar, is an advantage.

WHO ARE YOU?

You do not need to be an expert in all product areas, systems, and processes, but you should have a solid business understanding within our focus areas. You are motivated by applying your expertise across various projects and eager to learn and grow continuously. 

You may already have experience in the consulting industry, or perhaps you are curious about starting a career as a consultant.

Your educational background is likely a Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, or Information Technology.
